As a Licensed Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our patients, promoting optimal function and independence. - Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to promote optimal function and independence
- Provide treatment sessions, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, as needed
- Monitor patient progress, make adjustments to treatment plans as necessary, and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (B.S.) or related field
- Experience, with a strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic healthcare environment
- Current physical therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
