Memory Care CNA​/CHHA

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Memory Care CNA/CHHA to support residents living with dementia in our vibrant senior community. In this role, you'll provide person-centered assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, while promoting dignity, independence, and emotional well-being. You'll monitor and report changes in condition, assist with meals and hydration, and engage residents in meaningful, therapeutic activities.

Working closely with nurses, families, and fellow associates, you'll help maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing environment where residents feel known, valued, and respected every day.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting for memory care residents
• Support safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention using proper body mechanics
• Monitor and record vital signs and report changes in residents' condition to nursing staff
• Assist with meals, hydration, and nutritional support in accordance with care plans
• Engage residents in therapeutic and social activities tailored to memory care needs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comforting environment following infection control standards
• Document care and observations accurately in health records or logs
• Communicate effectively with nurses, families, and team members to coordinate care
• Respond promptly and calmly to behavioral changes or emergencies
• Uphold residents' dignity, privacy, and individualized care preferences at all times
