Job Summary
Head of HR, Supply Chain – Heart Recovery (Danvers, MA). Strategic HR partner to the Chief Operating Officer, shaping business strategy and driving outcomes in culture, talent and workforce planning, leadership coaching, and Enterprise services.
Core Responsibilities- Shape and steward culture and employee experiences to attract, inspire, and retain top talent.
- Leverage internal and external insights to diagnose and design organizations optimized to achieve strategic goals.
- Design and deploy data‑driven talent strategies, including succession and capability building.
- Accelerate performance through leadership coaching and team effectiveness.
- Partner with the talent model to deliver on talent and organizational strategies.
- Support business strategy through diagnosis, analysis, data, and workforce planning.
- Lead organizational design, change management, and talent strategy across the cardiovascular division and Med Tech.
- Develop and maintain talent pipeline, succession planning, workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy, and career planning.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition for critical capability sourcing.
- Coordinate employee engagement, culture and inclusion initiatives guided by Our Credo survey insights.
- Provide coaching, mediation, disciplinary support, and compliance guidance.
- Ensure pull‑through of corporate services such as performance management, global job architecture, compensation, and policy roll‑outs.
- 25% travel in assigned geographies and corporate offices.
- 10+ years of professional experience, including managerial experience in coaching and talent leadership.
- 7+ years progressive HR or HR‑related experience.
- People management experience preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (MBA or related field) preferred.
- Strong business partnership skills, influencing senior leaders.
- Global mindset, experience in a matrix organization across Commercial, Supply Chain/QA/Ops, R&D, BD.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Data‑driven mindset with ability to provide weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics.
- Ability to coach and develop leaders and build high performing teams.
- Resilient, adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous situations.
