We are looking for a strategic, consultative HR Business Partner to join our growing managed services team and support multiple client accounts across a dynamic, technology-driven environment. In this role, you will serve as a trusted HR advisor and primary point of contact for assigned clients—delivering high-quality HR consulting services, managing the full employee lifecycle, and driving measurable value for each relationship you support.

What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as a strategic HR consultant and primary contact for assigned client accounts, delivering proactive, solutions-oriented guidance aligned with each client’s business objectives.
  • Manage employee relations matters across client organizations, including investigations, disciplinary processes, conflict resolution, and compliance guidance.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle—onboarding, performance management, leave administration, and offboarding—across a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Lead performance review design and execution, manager training, and employee development initiatives tailored to each client’s culture and goals.
  • Leverage HR technology platforms—including Lattice, , Nectar, and Service Cloud—to deliver efficient, data-informed service and improve client outcomes.
  • Serve as the client-facing project manager for HR initiatives, coordinating HR Generalists and Data Services to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen client HR programs, extend relationships, and drive retention and growth.
  • Contribute to team process improvement, scalable delivery standards, and a culture of service excellence across the Skill cloud consulting team.
What You Bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred.
  • 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with demonstrated strength in employee relations, HR consulting, compliance, and stakeholder management.
  • Experience in a consulting, outsourced HR, managed services, or multi-client environment strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with HCM platforms, HRIS systems, and HR technology tools; familiarity with Lattice, , Nectar, and Service Cloud is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, influence senior stakeholders, and manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail, strong data judgment, and a commitment to confidentiality and compliance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-stage organization where priorities evolve and independent judgment is essential.
  • Ability to be on site at client locations as needed within the assigned market
