Role Description

Provide comprehensive HR support by independently managing the full employee onboarding and offboarding processes, maintaining accurate HRIS records, and ensuring seamless HR operations. Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, support performance review and annual benefits open enrollment processes, manage the internal HR ticketing system, and prepare weekly productivity reports for HR leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional employee service while dealing with highly confidential information, compliance, and operational efficiency.

This position is on-site in Danvers, Ma, 4 to 5 days per week from 8:30 am – 5 pm.

Key duties and responsibilities

Other duties may be assigned.

  • Champion day to day HR support for a busy 300+ person organization.
  • Manage the full onboarding process independently.
  • Coordinate offboarding including collecting of company property, ensuring neighboring departments are notified, and company resources are properly managed.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now, Workday, or similar HRIS preferred.
  • Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs.
  • Support performance review processes in partnership with Senior HR Business Partners.
  • Support open enrollment process in partnership with Benefits Manager.
  • Support bi-weekly payroll processing with following with managers in partnership with Benefits Manager.
  • Manages internal HR ticketing system and generates weekly productivity reports for HR Director.
  • Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and recommend operational efficiencies.
  • Work with HR team to refine and develop current processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 2 – 4 years of HR experience preferred
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service and problem- solving skills and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
  • Highly organized, with excellent project management and time management skills
