In your first 90 days, you’ll:
- Implement daily production planning + shift huddles, including plan‑vs‑actual tracking within 30 days
- Identify the top 3 bottlenecks (production + people workflows) and deliver improvement plans with early wins
- Improve output per labor hour while maintaining on‑time delivery (OTD) and quality targets
- Build a capacity management plan to support scalable growth
- Own daily floor operations: staffing, scheduling, priorities, and escalations
- Track and improve throughput, labor efficiency, and rework (root cause through closure)
- Establish operating rhythms (huddles, reviews, retrospectives) that drive accountability
- Lead a lean team (approx. 5 direct reports) and build stronger decision‑making and ownership
- Manage to key service levels, including a 3‑day fulfillment turnaround SLA
- Strengthen dashboards and visibility using Notion + a homegrown order management system
- 5+ years of operations leadership in manufacturing, production, or fulfillment environments
- Strong floor leadership + labor planning; ability to delegate and hold teams accountable
- Proven ability to solve bottlenecks and build simple, repeatable systems
- Comfortable managing by metrics (OTD, throughput, downtime, scrap, quality)
- Tech‑savvy, adaptable, and energized by building structure in growing environments
- Promotional products experience is a plus, but not required
