The position is a hybrid on-site role.

• The Scrum Master's role is to enable cross-functional Squads to develop customer solutions using Agile ways of working.
• The candidate will build and coach high-performing teams.
• The candidate will ensure teams' actions are aligned with the product/squad goals and vision.
• The candidate will maintain transparency about development progress across the organization.
• The candidate will identify trade-offs between short and long-term benefits.
• The candidate will support and educate the product owner/manager.
