Job Title: MES Project Manager – Engineering Program Manager
Location: 35 Cherry Hill Drive, Danvers, MA (Fully Onsite)
Type: W2 Contract
Duration: 12-Months
We are currently seeking an experienced MES Project Manager to lead Manufacturing Execution System (MES) initiatives at a regulated manufacturing site.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience in MES implementation and project/program management
, with proven accountability for delivering MES solutions in a manufacturing environment.
- Lead end-to-end MES program planning, execution, and governance.
- Manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, quality, and compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and site leadership.
- Oversee MES deployment, including eDHR implementation and system integrations (BPCS, ERP, etc.).
- Ensure successful site readiness, go-live, and hypercare support.
- Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and financials.
- Drive change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
- 5+ years of Project/Program Management experience.
- Strong experience in MES implementation in manufacturing environments.
