St. John’s Prep in Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Help Desk Technician to be the first point of contact for technology support across campus. You’ll resolve day-to-day issues, deploy end-user devices, and assist with classroom technology to ensure a positive learning environment.
The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of IT support experience, strong customer service skills, and familiarity with macOS/iPadOS, Google Workspace, Canvas, Zoom, and Jamf Pro in an education setting.
