As Business Office Manager you will focus on managing accounts receivable and financial operations related to resident accounts. • Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) processes and ensure timely collections
• Manage private pay accounts and insurance follow-ups
• Coordinate and monitor Medicaid pending cases
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and third-party payers regarding account status
• Ensure accurate financial recordkeeping and compliance with applicable regulations
• Collaborate with administration and clinical teams to support overall facility operations

• Previous experience in a Business Office Manager or similar role in a Skilled Nursing Facility/ Long-Term Care setting is required
• Strong understanding of AR, collections, Medicaid, and insurance processes
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in relevant billing and financial systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
