Regional Clinical Manager – Minneapolis, MN

Med Tech Sales role focused on cardiovascular solutions, responsible for managing a large field clinical team, ensuring business results and high‑quality patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute team strategy through 1:1 coaching and field travel.
  • Oversee clinical outcomes and application of best practices and ABIOMED clinical training.
  • Manage patient implant coverage and customer communication.
  • Ensure employee and client competency via development, retention and performance management.
  • Recruit and build a recruiting bench for the clinical team.
  • Control effective utilization of Per Diems.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred) and required clinical certification.
  • 7+ years of experience in cardiology, including interventional cardiology.
  • 5+ years of supervisory/management experience; commercial environment experience preferred.
  • Sales experience preferred.
  • Ability to travel 50%–70% of time, including overnight travel, across the region.
  • Knowledge of state and federal regulations governing the medical device industry.
