Summary
The Director of Day Habilitation Operations provides support and supervision to all day habilitation programs within Bridgewell, ensuring all operational and compliance requirements are met.

- Friday 8:00am-4:00pm (40 hours per week)
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide direct supervision to Day Habilitation Program Managers to ensure that performance standards are upheld and that all individuals are supported in accordance with agency requirements, mission, goals and principles.Oversee staffing patterns of all day programs, working with program management on recruitment and selection of candidates.Promote the professional growth of Program Managers and all day habilitation staff through coaching, mentoring and continuous training. Ensure a positive work climate through staff supervisions and regular recognition of staff.Work collaboratively with the Day Habilitation Clinical Team on intake, referrals and transfers, as well as the discharge process for all assigned programs.Ensure ongoing systems are in place and services are maintained relating to measuring quality of services and compliance with the regulations and requirements of Mass Health, the Department of Labor, DDS, CARF and Bridgewell policies and procedures.Working with the Vice President of Day Habilitation and Community Engagement , develop and ensure compliance with program budgets, reviewing monthly and alerting the Vice President to any significant issues related to budget. Responsible for monthly utilization review.Build and maintain positive relationships with funding sources, community groups, families, and other service providers.Work collaboratively with other day program management, Residential Director's and Manager's and the clinical team in support of individual and operational needs.Regularly review, monitor and develop curriculum that supports program goals and the goals of the individual's service plans.Participate in Mass Health Day Habilitation Coalition, ADDP and others assigned.Supervision of the Clinical Team, OT, SLT, and PT.Work collaboratively with Health Care Coordinator, nursing and BCBA's to address concerns, needs and growth and development of the individuals served.Give regular constructive feedback and recognition to direct reports to further develop their skills and capabilities and foster an environment which promotes growth and development.Conduct timely Performance Evaluation meetings and ensure performance standards are met; proactively address performance concerns, working with program management and Human Resources, as appropriate.Ensure employees maintain certifications (such as CPR/1st Aid, MAP, PPS and PABC, as required) and…
