Responsibilities- Process polymer materials to compose, test, or apply on medical devices per approved manufacturing procedures.
- Assemble plastic and metal components into medical devices in accordance with approved manufacturing procedures.
- Perform in‑process quality checks on sub‑assemblies and finished products.
- Utilize small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.
- Participate in line meetings as needed.
- Work with engineers and technicians to resolve line issues and suggest improvements.
- Maintain clean‑room integrity by using proper attire and adhering to clean‑room environment practice and procedures.
- Accurately record and maintain documentation related to quality, work in progress, test results, labor (e.g., timecards), and special projects.
- Apply workstation practices and line clearance in daily activities.
- Adhere to general safety rules, manufacturing procedures, company policies, QSR, and FDA regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least one year of intensive microscope‑based experience in a medical device environment.
- Good hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity to work with small plastic and metal components in a high‑volume manufacturing setting.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English.
- Basic math skills, including use of a calculator and ability to operate basic work‑related technology.
- Computer literacy required; working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite desired.
- Willing to work either 1st shift (7‑3pm) or 2nd shift (3:30pm‑11:30pm) as scheduled.
- Knowledge of lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- GDP/GMP experience.
- Soldering and inspection experience.
- Experience with material and work order transactions.

Compensation and BenefitsThe anticipated base pay range for this position is $45,100.00 – $73,370.00.
- Eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
- Eligible to participate in the Company’s long‑term incentive program.
- Vacation: 120 hours per calendar year.
- Sick time: 40 hours per calendar year (skyboard). In Colorado: 48 hours per calendar year; in Washington: 56 hours per calendar year.
- Holiday pay, including floating holidays: 13 days per calendar year.
- Work, Personal and Family Time: up to 40 hours per calendar year.
- Parental Leave: 480 hours within one year of birth/adoption/foster care of a child.
- Bereavement Leave: 240 hours for an immediate family member; 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year.
- Caregiver Leave: 80 hours in a 52‑week rolling period.
- Volunteer Leave: 32 hours per calendar year.
- Military Spouse Time‑Off: 80 hours per calendar year.
