Maintenance Worker
Hourly:
Danvers, MA, US. Salary Range: $30.00 to $44.29 per hour.
Shift: Days generally 7:00 am–3:30 pm (30‑minute unpaid lunch), with occasional nights/weekends as needed.

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Maintenance Worker responsible for preventive maintenance of the building, equipment, and support for Molding and Engineering teams safely and cost‑effectively.
What You’ll Do- Orchestrate Production:
Oversee the department to ensure safe, cost-effective operations - Systems Management:
Oversee maintenance and schedule daily repairs - Schedule Optimization:
Develop preventative maintenance, repair schedules and workflow procedures to maximize machine utilization. - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with technicians to complete all work orders - Team Performance:
Work with all departments to keep things running smoothly - Problem Solve:
Proactively gather information to decide on immediate process actions - Drive Excellence:
Continuous growth - Quality & Safety:
Comply with safety rules and the quality management system
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience managing an injection molding maintenance department
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred
- A thorough understanding of production manufacturing
- Problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to operate and maintain equipment
- Ability to analyze production schedules and maximize machine utilization
- Basic knowledge of how to utilize various hand and power tools, and power cranes, hoists, etc.
- Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect produced parts
- Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours per day
