Product Line SupportTriton
Roles and Responsibilities- Determine specific requirements of manufacturing operation to specify equipment, fixturing, and process parameters.
- Develop plans to evaluate process repeatability and stability through equipment qualification and process validation.
- Improve manufacturing methods, optimize product performance, and systematically reduce manufacturing costs.
- Deploy Lean 6 Sigma methodology to identify and evaluate improvement opportunities in manufacturing processes.
- Perform detailed cost analyses of manufacturing changes and cost reduction projects in partnership with Finance.
- Provide engineering support to manufacturing operations and address issues on the production floor.
- Recommend and implement process layouts for efficient manufacturing using Lean Manufacturing principles.
Responsibilities may include designing manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts, ensuring efficient and productive machine arrangements, specifying fabrication procedures, and adapting machine designs to production conditions. This role also involves inspecting machinery performance, initiating corrective actions, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Required Knowledge and ExperienceAdvanced knowledge of the job area, typically obtained through advanced education and experience, is required. A University Degree with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, is necessary.
