Shift: 3rd shift 10:30pm - 7am (Monday to Friday, occasional weekends)
Salary Range: $36 - $44.29 per hour plus 15% shift differential

The OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated Technical Lead who will provide first-level supervision for the molding department. This role ensures operations follow company procedures and conform to the quality management system safely and cost-effectively .
What You’ll Do- Orchestrate Production:
Oversee the department to ensure safe, cost-effective operations . - Systems Management:
Follow production schedules, workflow procedures, and maximize machine utilization . - Schedule Optimization:
Analyze schedules and assign resources to meet production requirements . - Process Optimization:
Optimize molding machine cycles and document parameters for optimal quality . - Technical Supervision:
Perform mold installation, changeovers, and validations with minimal supervision . - Problem Solve:
Troubleshoot complex molding issues like short shots, flash, sink, warp, and burns . - Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with Quality, Tooling, and Maintenance teams . - Drive Excellence:
Train, mentor, and coach lower-grade technicians and inexperienced operators - Quality & Safety:
Comply with OSHA, safety rules, and the quality management system .
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) molding environment
- Experience as a Molding Process Technician required
- A thorough understanding of production manufacturing
- Experience in regulated industries (medical, automotive, aerospace) is a plus
- Experience with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485 systems preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in scientific molding principles preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong ability to organize, delegate responsibility, and resolve conflicts
- Visual acuity to read instructions and inspect produced parts
- Ability to wear full PPE in a cleanroom environment
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment or boxes up to 30 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and reach for up to 8 hours per day
