Job Description:
We are searching for the best talent for Manager, Production Engineering.

Our Cardiovascular team develops leading solutions for heart recovery, electrophysiology, and stroke. You will join a proud heritage of continually elevating standards of care for stroke, heart failure and atrial fibrillation (AFib) patients.
Job Duties:
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to achieve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and inventory objectives while fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all quality, regulatory, health, safety, environmental (HSE), and company requirements, including FDA QSR, ISO standards, GMP/GDP, and applicable policies and procedures, while maintaining audit readiness and accurate documentation.
- Own and improve operational performance through KPI management, production execution, capacity planning, inventory control, and business continuity planning.
- Lead problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Manage staffing, equipment, materials, and budgets to meet operational and customer delivery commitments.
- Partner with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence, process improvements, and successful implementation of new products, equipment, and technologies.
- Communicate performance, risks, and improvement opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered.
- 6+ years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a medical device and/or cleanroom environment.
- Demonstrated leadership or people management experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, team-building, communication, and decision-making skills in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge of FDA QSR, ISO standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Proven critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to drive results through sound judgment and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies;
Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; SAP experience preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is: $102,000 - $177,000.
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan.
