Production Associate

Job Description:

CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Production Associate candidates in the Danvers, MA area. Looking for a stable career with a great company that invests in its employees? This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on manufacturing experience and learn new skills in a supportive team environment. We are willing to train the right person!

• Load plastic components into molding machines according to production requirements.
• Remove molded parts from machines and inspect them for propermation.
• Use tweezers to trim excess material (flash) from finished parts.
• Inspect parts for quality, accuracy, and conformance to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times.

• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment quality.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Ability to follow work instructions and work independently.
• Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.

• Monday-Friday
• 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• $22.00/hour
