Location: Danvers, MA 01923
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Shift: 1st Shift
Employment Type: Contract with Temp-to-Hire Potential

Job Summary

Seeking skilled and detail-oriented Electro Mechanical Assemblers to join its automation manufacturing team in Danvers, MA. This role involves assembling mechanical and electro-mechanical products using blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs).
• Perform wiring, cable routing, component installation, kit assembly, and final product assembly.
• Complete crimping, soldering, and electrical connections according to specifications.
• Inspect finished assemblies to ensure quality, accuracy, and zero-defect standards.
• Measure and verify parts using specified tolerances and dimensions.
• Connect cables, tubing, and wiring based on engineering drawings.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work independently while meeting production schedules and quality expectations.

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials.
• Experience with wiring, crimping, soldering, and component installation.
• Strong understanding of measurements, tolerances, and quality inspection.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, motion control, or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with biomedical, semiconductor, electronics, or defense manufacturing.
• Mechanical aptitude with excellent attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required.
• Steel-toe shoes are required.
