• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nursing staff and other healthcare professionals
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassion and empathy for patients and families
• Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed

• Competitive hourly rate of $39 - $43
• Multiple Shifts Available! 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am
