Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant – Full-Time, Danvers, MA
MFM Health is seeking a dedicated and driven full-time Orthopedics Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with at least 2 years of experience to join our growing private Family Medicine practice in Danvers, MA. This role includes patient evaluation, treatment planning, follow-up care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management. - Conduct patient histories, physical examinations, and assessments specific to orthopedic conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Assist in minor procedures and office‑based orthopedic interventions.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests (x‑rays, MRIs, labs).
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and post‑care management.
- Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with practice and regulatory standards.
- Coordinate care with other healthcare providers and manage patient cases effectively.
- Stay current with medical advancements and best practices to ensure high‑quality patient care.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned.
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in Massachusetts.
- Certification in Orthopedic practice preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years to 5+ years of experience in orthopedics or related specialties.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.
110K - 150K; commensurate with experience
