Northeast Arc is looking for a compassionate Per Diem Nurse Evaluator to conduct clinical re-evaluations for individuals enrolled in the Personal Care Management Program in Massachusetts. This role involves in-person assessments to determine eligibility for PCA services, collaborating with Occupational Therapists.
The ideal candidate will have an active RN or LPN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and a strong understanding of community supports. Flexibility in scheduling and competitive compensation of $80–$85 per evaluation are offered.
