RN - Operating Room MGH

About This Role

The Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) in the Operating Room at MGB Danvers Outpatient Surgery Center is responsible for providing high-quality perioperative care across multiple service lines. This role is ideal for a self-motivated and adaptable nurse with 3-5+ years of Operating Room experience.

• Pay: $41.72 - $105.65/Hourly
• Location: Danvers, MA
• Facility: MGB Danvers Outpatient Surgery Center
• Department/Unit: Operating Room
• Schedule: Part-Time, Day shift

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports, and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience:

• 3-5+ years of Operating Room Nursing experience preferred

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required
