Registered Nurse – Outpatient Methadone Dispensing Position Details

This is a 10-hour per week role, scheduled as 2.5 hours per day, 4 days a week, with shifts from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM or 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM.Contract guarantees 72 hours biweekly on all assignments, excluding any on-call hours worked.

Outpatient facility located at Tewksbury OTC.

Delivers skilled, innovative, and high-quality nursing care under the supervision of a registered nurse. Performs a range of direct and indirect patient care tasks in collaboration with the healthcare team. Responsible for the safe administration of medications and monitoring their effectiveness. Provides methadone dosing services to clinic patients under the guidance of the OTP Nurse Manager.

• At least 2 years of nursing experience.
• Minimum of 1 year consistent methadone dosing experience, preferably full-time.
• Must have been separated from the previous employer for a minimum of 6 months to qualify.

Outpatient methadone dispensing utilizing onsite dispensing pumps.

Tuesday through Friday.

  Opioid Use Disorder.
• Age Group:
  Adult.

Uses Epic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
