Per Diem RN - Oncology Practice - MGH

About This Role

This Per Diem RN position in Oncology Practice at Mass General Brigham is ideal for experienced nurses looking to contribute to patient care in a dynamic environment. The role requires a minimum of 12 shifts per year, focusing on providing individualized nursing care.

• Pay: $42 - $106/hour
• Location: Danvers, MA
• Facility: The General Hospital Corporation
• Schedule: Per Diem

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.

Education:

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

• 1+ years of Oncology experience required.
• 2+ years RN experience strongly preferred.

Licenses &

Certifications:

• Current RN License in Massachusetts required.
