Per-Diem Hospice RN: Meaningful End-of- Care

Longwood Hospice is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join its North Shore Area hospice team on a per-diem basis. The role involves direct patient care, admissions, recertifications, and collaboration with the IDT to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in home settings.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license, has at least 2 years of nursing experience, and can work independently with strong communication and clinical skills, including proficiency with EMR systems
