Role:
Research Scientist specializing in assay development and validation of innovative protein detection technologies, focusing on integrating CST's antibodies with orthogonal assay platforms.
Responsibilities:- design, optimize, and validate proximity assays using DNA-conjugated antibodies;
- perform Western blot, PCR/qPCR, flow cytometry, and NGS experiments;
- analyze data and troubleshoot protocols;
- collaborate across teams and communicate findings;
- stay current with single-cell and DNA-conjugated antibody advancements;
- maintain laboratory compliance.
- Ph.D. in biological sciences with bench experience;
- expertise in proximity extension assays, PCR, antibody pairing, Western blot, and cell culture;
- strong data analysis and experimental troubleshooting skills;
- excellent communication abilities.
- post-doctoral experience, NGS and flow cytometry experience, proficiency in coding (R/Python), and knowledge of single-cell technologies.
