Dietary Cook

Twin Oaks Rehab and Nursing, a leading skilled nursing and rehabilitation center in Danvers, MA, is seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Dietary Cook to join our team. As a key member of our Dietary Services department, you will play a crucial role in providing residents with delicious, nutritious meals while creating a positive dining experience. • Prepare and serve meals in accordance with approved menus, standardized recipes, and portion guidelines

• Maintain kitchen inventory, assist with ordering food and supplies, and ensure work areas remain clean and well-organized

• Work alongside the dietary staff to prepare meals for special occasions, themed events, and holiday celebrations

• Accurately document food production, inventory usage, and waste to support efficient kitchen operations

• Follow all food safety procedures, sanitation guidelines, and resident dietary requirements to ensure compliance and quality

• Previous cooking experience in a healthcare, long-term care, restaurant, or hospitality setting preferred

• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts as needed

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
