Job Summary
Salary: $19.00 /hour Base + Targeted Commission for a total of $26.69 per hour. This role is a retail sales position at Comcast Xfinity, delivering customer support and sales services to enhance the shopping experience and promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
Job Description- Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features.
- Provide outstanding customer service in all interactions.
- Meet or exceed sales targets while enhancing customer satisfaction through diligent follow-up and service excellence.
- Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay bills in the store.
- Answer questions on current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process general service requests.
- Act as brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
- Provide expert-level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
- Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
- Contribute to a fun, competitive environment and connect our products and services to customers’ everyday lifestyles.
- Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to carry and/or lift 25-pound boxes and move around the store continuously.
