Auxani is a dynamic, growing Independent Distribution Company located north of Boston. We are a privately‑owned with an entrepreneurial culture committed to individual and team success. A small and determined group of experienced industry leaders, we are looking for a team member who is curious about innovative financial products.

We are expanding our team with the addition of a Customer Service and Sales Support Specialist who will become an active member of our group. This ambitious and energetic liaison will work with advisors throughout the business lifecycle to bring them peace of mind and establish lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities Include:
  • Provide indispensable customer service to our advisors
  • Independently manage the processing of new business, in‑force service, and sales‑support requests
  • Support sales on all administrative tasks, to include running of illustrations
  • Work closely with advisors and insurance companies to facilitate the new business processing, often under tight deadlines
  • Maintain and update our databases as needed
  • Respond in a timely fashion to all service requests throughout the day (via phone or email)
  • Contribute to and manage additional projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Ability to excel at details, multi‑tasking, and working under pressure with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Client service champion with a can‑do attitude
  • Knowledge of CRM platforms; will train on existing platform
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities; able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite, and CRM systems (Salesforce or Goldmine)
  • Minimum of three years of office support experience or customer service in insurance, preferably in a case manager role
  • Prior experience in the Financial Services or Insurance industry preferred
  • College Degree preferred but not required
