CoWorx Staffing Services is seeking highly motivated recent college graduates to join our Center of Excellence (COE) Sales Training Program
—a structured, hands‑on development track designed to launch successful careers in professional sales. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, curious, and driven to grow in a fast‑paced, relationship‑focused environment.
As an Entry Level Account Executive, you will be part of our elite COE cohort, learning directly from top‑performing sales leaders while developing the consultative selling skills needed to thrive in a long‑term sales career. This program combines classroom learning, mentorship, and real‑world application to prepare you for an independent sales territory upon graduation from the program.
What You Will Learn & DoDuring the COE program, you will progressively build core sales competencies, including how to:
Build Relationships & Navigate Professional Environments- Develop professional confidence by engaging with clients, prospects, and internal partners.
- Learn how to create and maintain strong client relationships grounded in trust, communication, and results.
- Participate in collaborative team activities designed to strengthen communication and teamwork.
- Identify target accounts and execute structured prospecting strategies.
- Research and qualify potential clients across various industries.
- Learn how to initiate conversations with prospective customers by presenting value‑driven solutions.
- Apply consultative sales methods to uncover client needs.
- Partner with senior sales mentors to build customized staffing solutions.
- Practice delivering compelling messaging, conducting discovery conversations, and positioning CoWorx services effectively.
- Master time management and prioritization techniques in a dynamic sales environment.
- Engage in continuous coaching, feedback sessions, and skill‑building exercises.
- Develop confidence, resilience, and a growth‑focused mindset.

- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2.0 GPA
- Strong rapport‑building and relationship‑management abilities, with a comfort in engaging with diverse groups of people
- Clear and confident presentation skills
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
