McGovern Automotive Group is growing, and we’re looking for driven, high-energy Internet Sales agents to join our Client Experience Team in Danvers and surrounding areas. $70,000 - $100,000 per year

Full-time, in-person.

• Handle incoming internet leads and inbound phone calls with professionalism and urgency.
• Connect with customers, understand their needs, and guide them toward the right next step through email, calls, text and video.
• Consistently follow up to build relationships and create opportunities.
• Stay focused on activity, performance goals, and delivering a great customer experience.
• Contribute to a positive, team-first dealership environment.

• Experience in automotive sales or BDC is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
• Positive, confident, and high-energy presence.
• Team player who wants to grow and win with the group.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screening.
