Security Officer Access Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and/or medical-related calls in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper communication channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including common areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter as assigned;
Monitor access points and help to deter unauthorized entry by observing activity, verifying access when required, and reporting unusual behavior or conditions;
Document incidents, observations, and/or security-related concerns with clear written reports while working collaboratively with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
