Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout healthcare facility areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, and report unusual conditions, hazards, or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and contacting emergency responders when needed.;
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
