What you’ll do:
  • Scheduling inspections for the departments:
    Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, and Drain & Sewer.
  • Pulling permits for work to be completed in corresponding city.
  • Coordination of homeowner, city inspector, and license official to perform municipal inspections.
  • Communicating with the license technician to schedule any follow-ups as needed.
Requirements How will success be measured:
  • Ability to keep the backlog inspection down.
  • Satisfying inspectional service requirement.
Minimal Requirements:
  • Experience in pulling permits and scheduling inspections.
  • Self-Starter.
  • Team Player.
  • Outgoing.
  • Highly organizational skills.
  • Communicational skills.
  • Works well under pressure.
  • Able to multi-tasks
  • Experience in scheduling.
