As a Licensed Master Electrician, you will perform all electrical tasks related to residential and commercial HVAC installations. This includes wiring, troubleshooting, and ensuring compliance with local codes. You will work closely with HVAC technicians to deliver seamless, high quality installations for customers.

Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Responsibilities- Work on residential HVAC equipment and electrical systems
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding needed services before beginning work
- Provide full evaluations of electrical systems
- Test electrical circuits and components for continuity
- Repair or replace defective wiring, components, and equipment
- Discuss system issues with customers to confirm solutions
- Assist the HVAC installation team with repairs or services to improve system efficiency
- Lead apprentices and journeyman electricians, delegating tasks and maintaining high work standards
- Assist in team management, including training, performance evaluation, and promoting continuous learning
- Train and mentor less experienced team members
- Assist in developing cost estimates and pricing for services
- Valid Massachusetts Master Electrician License
- Minimum of 3 years of residential electrical experience
- Knowledge of electrical systems related to HVAC installations
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
