Palmer & Sicard is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC & Refrigeration Technician to join our growing team servicing commercial customers throughout the North Boston and Danvers, MA area. We are looking for a motivated technician with strong troubleshooting and repair experience across commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems who can work independently and provide high-quality service to our customers.

Compensation & Benefits- $55–$60/hour based on experience

- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Service and repair rooftop units (RTUs), boilers, chillers, and refrigeration equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections
- Install, replace, and commission commercial HVAC and refrigeration equipment as needed
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and control systems
- Complete service documentation and work orders accurately
- Maintain a safe work environment while following company and OSHA safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members

Requirements- Massachusetts Refrigeration License REQUIRED
- 5+ years of commercial HVAC & refrigeration experience REQUIRED
- Experience working with:
- RTUs
- Boilers
- Chillers
- Commercial refrigeration systems
- EPA Certification preferred
- Massachusetts Gas License is a PLUS, but not required
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
