Job SummaryJob Title: HVAC Installer
Pay Rate: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour, based on experience and capabilities
Work Hours: 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Friday

- Lead installation jobs for residential and light commercial HVAC systems
- Install oil, propane, natural gas, and air HVAC systems and ductwork
- Furnace, AC, heat pumps, mini‑splits, etc.
- Boilers
- Radiant heat
- Consult with customers and answer their questions
- Supervise the work of other installers
- Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
- 4+ years of installation experience
- 2+ years of job lead/supervisor experience desired
- Experience with radiant heat
- EPA Universal certification
- Proficient with refrigerant, gas, oil, propane, and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, and ductless systems
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and manuals
- Experience in all HVAC low‑voltage systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from an HVAC technical school desired
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
