Shifts Available- 1st Shift | 7:30am - 4:00pm | Monday to Friday
- 2nd Shift | 3:00pm - 11:00pm | Monday to Friday
- Weekends Only | 7:00am - 5:00pm | Saturday & Sunday
- 1st Shift | $32.00 to $45.00 per hour, depending on individual's capabilities
- 2nd Shift | $38.00 - $50.00 per hour, must have oil & propane experience
- Weekends Only | $32.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on individual's capabilities
- Take-home company vehicle & gas card
- Cross-training available in gas, oil, propane, and HVAC
- Education and licensing program for oil, propane, and HVAC

- Service and maintenance on residential and light commercial HVAC equipment
- Work with oil, propane, natural gas, and electric HVAC systems
- Propane and electric heating/air conditioning systems, heat pumps, ductless systems, and boilers
- Service / maintenance / troubleshooting / repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial equipment including oil & propane
- Provide excellent customer service
- Consult with and educate homeowners on systems and products
- Contact tech support for diagnostic questions
- Use tablet daily
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- 4+ years of HVAC experience
- EPA Universal Certification
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience consulting customers with repair and replacement decisions
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Experience with service / maintenance on oil & propane systems (a plus!)
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate from a HVAC technical school desired
- MA or NH Gas Licensed desired – we train!
- MA or NH Oil License desired – we train!
