We are searching for the best talent for Maintenance Tech II.
Purpose: A general maintenance worker ensures buildings and facilities are safe, functional, and compliant by performing routine repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting across various trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry). Key duties include inspecting, repairing, and cleaning equipment, maintaining grounds, and responding to work orders.
You will be responsible for:
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent failures.
- General Repairs: Perform carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and fixing, adjusting or replacing furniture, locks, and appliances.
- Facilities Upkeep: Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building exterior and interior, including removing debris, painting, and pressure washing.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, building codes, and security procedures (locking doors, monitoring systems).
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of work orders, maintenance logs, and inventory of supplies.
- Preventative Maintenance: Inspect, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, plumbing, and electrical systems to prevent failures.
- General Repairs: Perform carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, and fixing, adjusting or replacing furniture, locks, and appliances.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$38,500.00 - $61,985.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
This position is eligible to participate in the Company's long-term incentive program.
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation
-120 hours per calendar year
Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado
-48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington
-56 hours per calendar year
Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays
-13 days per calendar year
Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
Parental Leave - 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
Bereavement Leave - 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
