• Sign on Bonus: $15,000*
• Pay: $35-$45/hr. (DOE) - Weekly Pay

  Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday

• Full installation of new and replacement systems from cooling to heating depending on customers’ needs
• Provide a thorough evaluation of the HVAC system with the customer, using an exploratory technique to understand the client’s needs and develop options that meet customer needs
• Test pipes, tubing joints & connections for leaks, using pressure gauge, leak detection additives or soap-and-water solution
• Test electrical circuits & components for continuity, using electrical test equipment
• Repair and replace defective equipment, components & wiring
• Discuss heating or cooling system malfunctions with clients to isolate problems and verify that repairs corrected malfunctions

• Work to continuously grow your technical skills
• 100% completion of install checklist
• No callbacks from customers
• Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals

• HVAC experience required: 3+ years
• FHW/Boiler/Steam is a plus
• EPA Universal Certification required
• NATE certification a plus
• Sheet Metal License is a plus
• Electrical experience
• Hot works certification (preferred)
• OSHA 10+ (preferred)
