• Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• Tuesday – Saturday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (Higher‑Paying Shift)
• $35 – $45 per hour – DOE – Weekly Pay

• Engage with and actively listen to customers
• Run new electrical feeds (mainly low voltage)
• Perform panel upgrades (service upgrade)
• Generac experience/knowledge is a plus
• Conduct site visits
• Maintain an accurate complete stock list

• 100% completion of the electrical install checklist
• No call backs
• Gain additional certifications and/or skills (e.g., Generac)
• Be driven to exceed weekly and monthly business goals
• Continuously grow technical skills

• Massachusetts Journeyman License (required)
• Ability to pass criminal background check, driving record check, and drug screen
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus
• Experienced with old work (snake wires, etc.)
• Generac certification is preferred
• HVAC controls knowledge
• Controls, relays, and zone bound experience
• Ability to work independently to complete tasks
