We are searching for the best talent for Maintenance Technician 2.Purpose: A Maintenance Technician 2 is a mid-level who performs intermediate preventative maintenance, and repairs on equipment and facilities. They troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, using tools and specialized equipment with limited supervision to prevent operational downtime.
You Will Be Responsible For- Preventative Maintenance:
Conduct routine inspections, lubricate moving parts, change filters, and test building systems to ensure optimal performance. - Troubleshooting & Repair:
Diagnose and resolve malfunctions in electrical (switches, ballasts), plumbing, and HVAC systems. - Equipment Operations:
Safely operate power tools, test equipment, and heavy machinery like forklifts and scissor lifts. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate logs of maintenance activities, repair costs, and inventory levels. - Compliance:
Ensure all repairs comply with state, federal, and local safety
Education:
Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) combined with 2-4 years of hands‑on maintenance or trade‑related experience.
Physical Capabilities: Must be able to lift up to 50–100 pounds and perform demanding physical tasks, such as standing, bending, and climbing for extended periods.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is : $45,100.00 - $73,370.00
Additional Description For Pay Transparency This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program.
Benefits- Vacation –120 hours per calendar year
- Sick time - 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Colorado –48 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington –56 hours per calendar year
- Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays –13 days per calendar year
- Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
- Parental Leave – 480 hours within one year of the birth/adoption/foster care of a child
- Bereavement Leave – 240 hours for an immediate family member: 40 hours for an extended family member per calendar year
- Caregiver Leave – 80 hours in a 52-week rolling period
10 days - Volunteer Leave – 32 hours per calendar year
