- Perform HVAC maintenance and service on residential home comfort systems.
- Communicate clearly with homeowners about recommended services and explain what is needed and why
. - Ask thoughtful questions and listen carefully to homeowners' needs and concerns.
- Identify comfort issues and recommend high-quality solutions.
- Use strong technical, troubleshooting, and critical-thinking skills to diagnose and address HVAC concerns.
- Maintain a safety-first mindset while working and driving.
- Work collaboratively with other HVAC Technicians and learn from their knowledge and experience.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service notes and invoices.
- Provide professional, courteous, and exceptional customer service on every call.

Success in this role will be measured by:
- Previous HVAC experience required
- Maintaining a 26% conversion rate goal
- Achieving 15%+ efficient total sold hours

Requirements
- Graduate of a licensed HVAC training program
. - EPA Certification required.
- Ability to run service calls independently
. - Basic electrical knowledge, including low-voltage systems
. - Basic knowledge of A/C and furnace components
. - 1+ year of HVAC installation experience preferred
. - Comfortable using basic hand tools and identifying HVAC parts and components.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate, thorough service notes
. - Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Tablet proficiency and comfort using technology in the field.
- Strong willingness to learn and continuously develop your technical skills and knowledge
