Enhancement Crew Member

• Perform landscape enhancement tasks such as planting, mulching, pruning, and installing seasonal color displays
• Follow proper landscaping techniques and adhere to safety practices at all times
• Operate vehicles and equipment as required for project completion
• Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients and property managers on-site
• Read and implement enhancement plans and plant specifications accurately

• 2+ years of experience in landscape enhancement or a related field
• Valid 2A (Hoisting) license, or willingness to obtain one
• Comfortable using smartphones and time-tracking applications
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Knowledge of plant material, hardscape installation, and seasonal enhancement practices
• Experience with snow removal, irrigation systems, or basic troubleshooting is a plus
• Familiarity with landscape estimating or job costing is a plus
• Tree work experience (pruning, removals, or related climbing/ground work) is a plus
• Catch basin installation or maintenance experience is a plus
• Knowledge of asphalt or concrete work is a plus
