Northeast Arc is seeking a compassionate Employment Specialist to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in achieving meaningful employment and community engagement goals.
You will provide job coaching, employment readiness training, community-based support, and advocacy to help individuals develop skills, gain independence, and succeed in competitive work environments.
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday-Friday 8 am-4 pm. Pay Rate: $25.00 Hourly.
