• Safely operate a school bus in compliance with all DOT and safety regulations
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
• Maintain a clean and organized bus environment for students
• Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus safely
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school personnel
• Manage student behavior and enforce safety protocols during transit
• Report any mechanical issues or incidents promptly to management
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

• Valid CDL with School Bus (S) or (P) endorsements or willingness to obtain one
• Clean driving record with no major violations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings
• Flexibility to work early morning and afternoon hours
• Patience and a passion for working with children
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus
