Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Reports to: Warehouse Manager
Status: Full-Time, Hourly, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00pm
Compensation: Starting Rate: $21.00/hr;
Pay Range: $21.00 - $26.00/hr
Objective: The Warehouse Worker is responsible for stocking product, unloading trucks, building and verifying transfers, and performing other general warehouse duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Load and unload trucks using ride on pallet jack and forklift
- Load and unload Gordon's deliveries and returns
- Maintain proper stock and upkeep of AB keg cooler
- Stock warehouse in an efficient manner ensuring proper stock rotation and location accuracy
- Drop 30 packs and 36 packs so night shift isn't using double lift
- Ensure the proper upkeep of the warehouse to exceed wholesaler equity standards
- Repetitive manual handling of half-barrels, quarter barrels, and cases of beer
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-3 years experience in a warehouse preferred
- Basic computer skills for inventory and order tracking systems
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
- Flexibility with schedule, able to work overtime

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
- Sufficient manual dexterity to operate equipment including, but not limited to, forklift, pallet jack, hand truck
- Climbing stairs and inclined surfaces on an occasional basis
- Walking on hard surfaces on a frequent basis
- Occasional exposure to temperatures ranging from 30 - 100 degrees F on a seasonal basis
- Two-handed lifting of up to 40 pounds from floor to shoulder height on a frequent basis
