Forklift Operator, Material Handler

Department: LS-SC-UADBF Production Material Handling
Your Role- Handle receiving, shipping, and inter-facility material movement between the off-site warehouse and main plant.
- Operate box trucks, forklifts, and Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) safely.
- Perform ERP transactions, inventory records maintenance, and material software operations.
- Analyze inventory reports (LPNs, Min/Max, Aging, Shortages, Expiring) and execute prompt corrective actions.
- Coordinate daily workloads and cross-functional communication to maintain efficiency and hit production targets.
- Troubleshoot and elevate complex inventory or operational issues.
- Monitor equipment functionality and schedule required maintenance.
- Strictly adhere to company Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards.
Weekend Days:
Friday - Sunday 6am - 6pm.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- 1+ years of PIT experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP or Oracle).
- Forklift experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Suite.
Pay Range for this position: $23 - $40 / hour
Position may be eligible for sales or performance-based bonuses.
