What we are looking for:

* Love connecting with people! This is a SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE job

* Meet and exceed membership, gift card, and other sales goals

* Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, while building relationships that last

* Have a detailed knowledge of the menu of services

* Effectively communicate sales, promotions, and service options with clients

* Book appointments, greet guests and balance the daily schedule

* Keep the rooms and common areas looking great - clean, professional, and comfortable

* Bring a positive and energetic attitude

* Highly professional in appearance and attitude

* Strong team player able to also work independently

* Exceptional problem solving and communication skills

* Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment

Position requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* 18 years old or older

* Available to work day, evening and weekend shifts
